Rules of using Apartment JELENIA
- The apartment is rented for hotel nights.
- After you send a filled in reservation form, verification of the apartment availability and dates is carried out. If the apartment is available, we will email you an offer to the email address given in the form, including information about the apartment, total amount due, amount of the advance payment and request for confirmation of your reservation.
- The reservation is completed after receiving your confirmation.
- After the reservation is completed, the advance payment needs to be paid by bank transfer. Bank account details will be sent in an email, just as in the case of the advance payment amount, confirming the receipt of your confirmation of reservation. If the advanced payment is not effected within 2 days from making the reservation, such reservation is cancelled.
- Reservation may be cancelled in writing only – by email or text message. In case of cancellation, the advanced payment is not to be returned and it may be used within 3 months from the date of its payment. Persons renting the apartment may not sublet it to any third parties, even if the period for which they paid is not finished.
- A hotel night is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- In the apartment as well as in the whole building cleanliness and safety rules are to be kept. Use of heaters and other electric appliances which are not provided in the apartment is forbidden. This does not apply to chargers and RTV or computer equipment amplifiers. A guest it obliged to observe RULES OF ORDER of tenants’ association of ul. Kopernika 3.
- Keeping pets in the apartment, such as dogs, cats and other is forbidden, unless it has been already agreed with the owner of the apartment.
- Having noisy parties, such as a stag or hen parties is forbidden. Holding a party which is disturbing to other tenants of the building is subject to a fine in the amount of PLN400.
- Night quiet hours from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. must be respected,
- When leaving the apartment, the door should be always kept locked.
- A guest is financially liable for any damage or devastation of property and equipment provided in the apartment (e.g. furniture, other furnishing, flooded floors, broken windows).
- Centrum Apartment Villa Perla is not to be held responsible for any lost or damaged money, valuable documents, jewelry or valuable property including any vehicles owned by guests of the apartment.
- Payment for losing keys to the apartment is PLN100.
- Payment for losing the remote control for the entrance gate is PLN 150.
